![]() A big thank you to Jean Richard for his work today on the MAARC tower. The ground crew was myself, Oscar, Gordie, Jim, Andre, Tobie and the student JP from the Basic Class. Also, Hinson and Larry stopped by to check out the work. All antennas are now up and working. The dualband has been replaced and is being used by the DMR repeater. The Log Periodic is back up and lined up with the 6 meter beam. The 40/80 meter dipole has been secured with steel wire as the para cord was showing signs of UV Ray damage. The Ringo on the parking lot side is now a Ringo Ranger so it has double the gain now. As big as the Log Periodic looks up on the tower, you should see it on the ground. Thanks again to all who came out this morning. We had a great day for working on antennas. 73, Ross Comments are closed.
